LOW    SEASON   £230 per week   ( October & May )
MID      SEASON   £260 per week   ( June & September )
HIGH    SEASON   £360 per week   ( July & August )
 
A deposit of £50 per week booked is required all deposits are non refundable
outstanding balances are to be paid no later than10 weeks prior to the date of departure
For bookings made less than 10 weeks before departure the full amount is payable
 

BOOKING CONDITIONS

 
1.       Bookings are accepted by the Owners only on the following conditions.
 
2.       The Owners accept the Client’s booking on the understanding that the Client agrees at the time of booking to pay a deposit of not less than £50 per week booked. Bookings made over the telephone are not confirmed until the completed signed booking form and deposit cheque is received by the Owners from the Client not later than the time scale stipulated in the provisional booking letter to the Client from the Owners. If the Client fails to return the booking form and deposit to the Owners within the stipulated timescale. the Owners reserve the right to offer the Client’s provisionally booked dates to any other Client. The Client also agrees and understands that the deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation for any reason whatsoever by the Client.
 
3.        The Client must agree to pay the outstanding balance not later than ten weeks prior to departure. If the Client falls to pay the outstanding balance to the Owners within the stipulated timescale stated on the confirmation letter to the Client from the Owners, the Owners reserve the right to cancel the Client’s booking and offer the Client’s dates to any other Client.
 
4.        ALL amendments and cancellations must be notified in writing by the ‘party leader’. The date of notification will be taken as the post- mark on the envelope.
 
5.        In the event of cancellation by the Client the following conditions will apply. Prior to the receipt of the outstanding balance, the deposit will be forfeited. After receipt of the outstanding balance, the Owners will use best endeavors to fill the cancelled period, and if successful will reimburse to the Client the monies received less the deposit and any expenses incurred. In the event that such endeavors are not successful, all monies will be forfeited.
 
6.        Rentals must be booked on a Saturday to Saturday agreement and cannot be changed.
 
7.        The booking of the apartment is considered to commence at 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the Client must agree to vacate the apartment no later than 10a.m. regardless of return flight times, to allow for proper cleaning and preparation of the apartment prior to the arrival of the next occupants.
 
8.        The Owners shall not be under any liability for any injury, death, inconvenience, damage, loss, accident, delay or additional expense howsoever caused, occasioned to or incurred by any Client or any other person due to circumstances beyond their control and in the absence’ of negligence by the Owners or their servants.
 
9.        Clients must observe the rules of the Community relating to any accommodation provided. Any accommodation provided for a Client may be used only for the accommodation of the persons stipulated on the booking form unless otherwise specifically agreed with the Owners. Sub-letting or assignment is not permitted.
 
10.      No responsibility can be accepted for the breakdown of public supplies including water and electricity. In the case of breakdowns in the property the please contact the number of. our property maintainer given in the apartment where the problem will be dealt with as soon as possible..
 
11.      The Owners cannot accept any responsibility if the Client or any member of the Client’s party should miss the outward or homeward flight for any reason whatsoever.
 
12.      The Owners have exercised due diligence and taken all reasonable care but we have no direct control over the companies, firms, or other individuals who own or operate the airlines, hire cars or other facilities mentioned, and accordingly, we do not accept liability for their acts or omissions or those of their employees or agents.
 
13.      The Owners reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time if by reason of war, political unrest, strikes, interruption of communications, exchange control, or otherwise, the Owners regard it as essential to do so. If the Owners make such cancellation, they will offer the Client comparable alternative arrangements, if available, or a full refund of all sums paid to the Owners in respect of the Client’s booking less (where cancellation is by reason of factors outside the Owners control, such as those circumstances mentioned above) all losses and expenses sustained by the Owners in respect of the booking.
 
14.      The procedures covering payments, cancellations and amendments as set out in the booking form are deemed to be part of these special conditions.
